Cory Sweat is an actor, singer, and magician.

As an actor, he has recently appeared in The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui (Bowl, Caruther u/s*, Mulberry u/s), 

The Interference (Jerry and Others u/s),

and The Crucible (Giles Corey).

Cory majored in musical theatre in his arts magnet middle school and high school. He just recently graduated from the University of Central Florida obtaining his BFA in Theatre (Acting) with a minor in Psychology. He has taken this opportunity to explore more about his passion and looks forward to continuing his theatrical journey as he ventures off to find his next adventure.

When he is not in school or onstage, he can be found out and about performing street magic. He has been a professional magician since 2016 and loves making people believe in the unbelievable. He has done events whether it be performing downtown for people walking around or performing at children's birthday parties and theatrical events. 

In his spare time when not performing, he enjoys anything thrill-seeking. From something as simple as a scary movie, to visiting the Orlando theme parks, and even skydiving. He also loves spending time with his family up north in Canada as he is also a proud Canadian citizen.
